A roll end is what is left when a roll has been cut for a job — the same carpet or vinyl we sell by the metre, just not enough of it left to sell that way. LVT and click vinyl turn up here in the same way, as the boxes left over once a floor is down. Either way it is a fixed quantity and there is only one of it, so it goes to whoever gets to it first.
